Infused with a chill RHCP vibe, this self-love anthem advocates for personal growth and life-long learning - “too old to learn, too old to change?! Fuck that!”. Featuring a special performance by Sunny as “Dr. Heinrich” while the improvised guitar emulates insects rushing across cave walls — you gotta hear it to fully appreciate the weirdness!

Story
Snakes grow all their lives and constantly shed their skin when it gets too tight while of course remaining fully themselves. We found this inspiring: Sunny's therapist once told her that "you can't shed your skin". We say "Fuck that! Yes, you can! You can get rid of shit you don't want to part of you!" Sunny's reaction back then was: "Well, that's exactly what I want to do!" And she fuckin' did!
Musically, the "rap" part is inspired by a similar part in "Learn to Hate You", an amazing song by our friend James Michael. Nikki Sixx didn't want it on a Sixx:A.M. record because of that rap-part. We think it's awesome! You can check out the song here.
The slightly insane Dr.Heinrich part (Sunny is doing the voice acting btw) is inspired by the animal documentaries we both grew up with: serious older white men talking about the wonders of nature in a very measured, serious, and awe-inspiring voice...
